Without Dad

Well, today was our first day at home with out Phil. it's only been 3 hours without him and I think we are coping pretty well. Although I've already changed 2 pooey nappies!!! Not cool!!! Solomon is still learning the art of sleeping. I would have thought being my child that he would be a natural...as I love to sleep. But he isn't that great. For the two nights over the weekend Solomon had a couple of 3 hour awake stints. I was not happy! He would wake at 12:30 and not go back to sleep until 4am!!! I was so tired on Saturday, and it was similar the next night, although not that extreme. But then last night. The little angel slept from 11:00pm until 4:30! Once again I thought he was dead because he slept for so long. And then he went back to sleep at 5:15am and didn't get up until 8:30am...now that is my boy!!!
So that is my life at the moment. Trying to work out when my little lad will be sleeping and trying to do whatever I do around his sleeping. I guess I'm getting this Mum thing down pat!!!
Well, that is about all. I might go to bed before the next feed. Will see how we go.
